Puebloan loses over 100 pounds running with Southern Colorado Runners

For the members of the Southern Colorado Runners, it means taking those changes in stride — literally.  
The 43rd annual Spring Run Off, sponsored by The Pueblo Chieftain, is taking place virtually between March 13 and March 28 this year. What is typically a crowded affair at Dutch Clark Stadium will be quieter, but no less significant for participants. 
"You don’t have that fanfare. You don’t have those people waiting at races, but you’re still doing the distance. You’re still doing the time and you’re doing it with the same people,” said Eric Medina, a member of Southern Colorado Runners who will be running in his second Spring Run Off this year.
