Pueblo West Metro District Board narrows search for new home base
The Pueblo West Metro Board on Monday unanimously agreed to sell one of its properties and look into financing options for a new civic center office building.
In November, the board voted 3-2 against the sale of 24 residential lots along East Cabaret Drive at $5,000 per lot to Ridgemark Homes due to Ridgemark's lack of a timeline on buildout of the lots.
Monday, district Economic Development Specialist Tyler Purvis presented a resolution to sell a multifamily residence lot at 453 S. Clarion Drive, once again to Ridgemark.
Ridgemark made a full-price offer for the property at $10,000 with a standard sales contract, and the board agreed unanimously without further discussion.
