Public Transit District Seeks More Public Involvement

The Sunset Empire Transportation District (SETD) board is looking for ways to get the public more involved in district business by encouraging the general public to attend meetings. The first step District Executive Director Jeff Hazen has taken comes with a request that people take a quick survey online. You'll find that survey HERE.
The survey asks just two questions. What time of day would be most convenient for you to get to a meeting and then which days of the week would work best with your schedule. “We want to improve our connection to current rider’s, future rider’s and all who live in Clatsop County by encouraging them to attend and participate in our meetings, but we also want to make sure we schedule our meetings at a date and time that will allow easier access to them as well.” Said Hazen.
