ANOTHER Dorchester town centre office building could be converted to flats.
The latest application is for a former estate agents at 51 High West Street, with a request to Dorset Council for a change of use from office and ancillary accommodation to provide three flats.
One would be one-bed, the others both two-bed. The building is listed, grade 2, and lies within the town’s conservation area.
A similar application was made for a nearby building earlier in the month which was supported by Dorchester town council.
