Public hearing on proposed six-month solar moratorium in Carroll is set for Feb. 23

Carroll County commissioners will hold a public hearing on the proposed solar moratorium ordinance at 6 p.m., Feb. 23, in Room 003 (the Reagan Room) in the Carroll County office building, 225 N. Center St., Westminster.
