Pub yoga at the Rivergarden

Ms Daughtrey, who lives near the pub, led a session at the Yarmouth Road site on Wednesday evening with eight people in attendance after 10 had booked the week before.
She said: "Yoga has a PR problem with people thinking it's skinny, flexible white women. My mission is to show it is for all people by bringing it to the pub.
"It is about touching your toes rather than standing on your head!"
Mr Wilson added: "It was particularly wonderful tonight. We had two stay on in the garden until 9.30pm after the yoga to have a meal and some drinks."
