Marjorie and Michael Cawdery: PSNI 'apologises unreservedly' for 'failings' preceding brutal killing of NI pensioners

The family of an elderly couple who were killed by a paranoid schizophrenic man nearly seven years ago say they have welcomed the “unreserved apology” from Chief Constable Jon Boutcher on behalf of the PSNI in regards to the pensioners’ deaths.
