PSD to review hike in overseas scholarship rates

PUTRAJAYA: The Public Service Department (PSD) is reviewing its scholarship rates for overseas students for standardisation purposes, says the Public Service Department director-general Datuk Seri Mohd Shafiq Abdullah.
