PRRD administrator Moray Stewart remembered fondly

Described as a ‘renaissance man’, the Scottish-born Stewart brought his wit and intellect to the Peace River Regional District, serving from 1975 to 2002 and helped to create the ‘Fair Share’ agreement to ensure rural communities prospered.
