Prosecutors summon Bantag to Lapid-Villamor slay preliminary probe

Suspended corrections chief Gerald Bantag did not receive the subpoena as he no longer lives at his last known address. But state prosecutors say the summon is deemed served and the preliminary investigation will proceed.
