Prosecutors expected to call brother to testify against Jacksonville man accused of raping, killing 16-year-old niece

Prosecution witnesses will continue testimony Wednesday in the trial of a Jacksonville man accused of raping, impregnating and killing his niece in 2018, and many in the court are waiting to see if the state will call Johnathan Quiles’ brother to testify against him.
