Prosecutor summons ex-president Duterte over 'threats' to lawmaker

THE Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office has subpoenaed former President Rodrigo R. Duterte to appear before the preliminary investigation of the grave threat complaint filed by ACT Teachers Party-list Rep. France Castro.
