Prosecutor okays cyber libel raps vs Annabelle Rama

The Las Piñas Prosecutor’s Office has formally recommended the filing of two counts of cyber libel against talent manager Annabelle Rama-Gutierrez for allegedly maligning and damaging the name and reputation of former actor and producer Jayke Joson.
