Proposed new law would greatly expand NYS hate crimes statute

Manhattan District Attorney, state Sen. Brad Hoylman-Sigal and Assemblywoman Grace Lee are proposing new hate crimes legislation to greatly expand the list of criminal offenses that qualify.
