Proposed Florida bill could block local EV charging station rules to prevent local regulations

To limit local government regulation of electric vehicle charging stations, the bill would restrict regulation to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Florida has 3,230 public charging stations across 44 counties out of 67.
