Proposal would allow Highfill two seats on the Northwest Arkansas National Airport Board of Directors

A bill filed in the Arkansas House of Representatives on Thursday night would allow the city of Highfill to have two seats on the Northwest Arkansas National Airport board, even though the city is not a member of the airport authority.
