The Finance Ministry has yet to consider the proposal by the Joint Standing Committee on Commerce, Industry and Banking (JSCCIB) that the ministry increase the cash handout in phase 3 of the Khon La Khrueng co-payment scheme to 6,000 baht per person from the current 3,000 baht, said the ministry's permanent secretary Krisada Chinavicharana.
