Promised change delayed as uMngeni is owed over R2,5 million, says mayor

uMngeni Municipality is owed over R2,5 million by government departments with most debts sitting on over 90 days. This was revealed at the municipality’s finance portfolio committee, which was held at the council chamber on Wednesday.
