Two Quinte men are the latest people charged by Project Renewal, the joint effort by Belleville and provincial police to stop the illegal cocaine trade in the city.
Investigators reported conducting a traffic stop Thursday in the city’s west end and arresting two men for possession of stolen property. Police claim the men were in possession of a stolen all-terrain vehicle and that a search of one resulted in the discovery of a small amount of cocaine and crystal methamphetamine.
