Coral Springs Mayor Scott Brook, the group’s founder, said: “Project Leadership is so important to me because I believe our youth are not only our future but they are our present in every sense of the word. I think so many young people these days are experiencing life much faster, and much differently, than we did as children and their experiences can help them or hurt them. Along with other adult mentors, I’m doing everything I can to make sure that their experiences help them and that with some support in guidance they have the support and foundation they need for a great future.”
