Probation officer recommends fine, public apology for Jackie Phamotse over Kumalo comments

Last June, the Randburg Magistrates Court convicted Phamotse of criminal defamation, crimen injuria, and contempt of court over the comments, which alluded to a sex tape involving Basetsana and Romeo Kumalo.
