Princess Charlene speaks about absence from Monaco and husband Prince Albert and serious health infection: 'It's been a trying time for me'

Princess Charlene has described the health battles that have forced her to remain in South Africa and away from Monaco as "a trying time".
The royal, 43, says the experience has been "extremely difficult".
Charlene is currently recovering from a serious ear, nose and throat infection and has undergone "multiple, complicated procedures", her charity says.

She travelled to South Africa earlier this year to take part in a wildlife conservation mission for the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation.
While there, Charlene contracted the serious infection and had to have surgery, the most recent procedure taking place on June 23.
