Princess Anne sends 'thoughts and prayers' after a fire killed 11 girls at Ugandan school for blind

Princess Anne has said she is 'shocked' to hear of the fire at Salama School for the Blind this week which killed 11 pupils, just days before she and Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence were due to visit.
