PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. — A Prince George's County Police Department lieutenant is now facing charges after a federal criminal complaint was filed regarding his attempt to evade paying taxes for his business.
Edward Scott Finn, of Dunkirk, Maryland, was arrested on Thursday and is charged for attempting to evade or defeat taxes for five years -- between 2014 to 2019, according to the Department of Justice.
