Prime suspect in murder of WPC Yvonne Fletcher 'allowed to settle in UK because he was British spy'

Saleh Ibrahim Mabrouk was allowed to settle in Britain in 2009, years after Fletcher was shot dead by a sniper outside the Libyan Embassy, despite being the main suspect in the murder investigation.
