A live concert recording of Johnny Cash onstage in 1968 is set to be released for the first time.
Bear’s Sonic Journals: Johnny Cash, at the Carousel Ballroom, April 24 1968 was recorded by the Grateful Dead’s famed documentarian and sound engineer Owsley ‘Bear’ Stanley in the heart of San Francisco, California, and featured the country legend performing 28 songs, including Bob Dylan covers Don’t Think Twice It’s Alright and One Too Many Mornings.
