Bengaluru-based real estate developer Prestige Group plans to develop Hyderabads largest mixed-use township with a total investment of Rs 5,000 crore. Prestige City Hyderabad will comprise apartments spread over 33 acres with 9.6 million sq ft of saleable area, totalling 4,647 units. It will also have villas over 24 acres with 0.8 million sq ft saleable area, totalling 119 units.
