Prestige Estates acquires land from Century Real Estate Holdings

"The newly acquired land has developmental potential of 2.4 mn sft and can generate rental income of Rs 260 cr per annum," said a person familiar with the development.

Prestige Estates has acquired two land parcels North Bangalore from Century Real Estate Holdings to expand its commercial portfolio. The firm plans to invest Rs 1,000 crore to develop the 17 acres land parcel in the city.
The land parcels housed under two SPVs will have Prestige hold 45% stake in Century Megacity and 55% stake in Century Landmark in Hebbal, North Bangalore.
