We have the most extreme government by any testimony, so they cannot claim that the losses that they are incurring are due to a weak government or a weak, you tough government, instead of tough government, being weak government, so i think this is double blow for the Israeli Regime in many ways and it will shatter the the illusion of israel voters that when they elect ultra right, ultra fascist leaders, that somehow this is of good for them, or will bring them safety . No, it does not bring you safety to be an oppressor period and the story, and you should stop it. Nice, and julia, would you like to win in on that, why commit actions, especially, forget about the occupied west bank, lets strictly focus on the alaxa mosk, why commit . My question to you, why let it get to this point where you have to beg for help . We know that uh doctors always tell us uh, look at you know like a preemptive uh medication or preemptive um health concerns, mean you can not eat pizza every day until youre 50 years old where you have to ask and beg for help, you can do things the right way and not let that day culminate which is what today for those settlers around the besieg gaza strip that let their sons and daughters go climb up on that wall as snipers and pick off Palestinian Protesters uh what we notice here is remarkable lack of logic um but this is not again totally unexpected from racis and from bigots and from supremesis because they have. Have like a blinders on and they think in very very narrow perspective, the narrow perspective, the perspective that for example israel is superior, israel is invincible has a fifth Strongest Army in the world, they have Nuclear Weapons of course, and they have unlimited support from the us, tax payers by billions of dollars and the Us Administration by us the veto power at the un to protect israel from international law, all of this reinforces that narrow vision that that basically colored vision that that allows you to see only one spectrum of color and not see the others, and i think this is something that is both silly and at the same time, i would say it is what eventually results in the undoing of colonial powers, its what got the roman empire to collapse, what got you know many empires to collapse is when they have that hubry, that that notion of invincibility, that notion of superiority, and i think israel suffers from that in very very large scale, and and i you know of course for me personally as a palestinian i i honestly wish the israels wake up and and not have to be you know pushed back by force to to realize whats right, i wish they do it willingly and i do it based on human rights, but if they dont of course the resistance will continue and will succeed eventually uh in pushing them back and i, i hate to see violence in general, but you know, if they dont wake up, its their problem, not mine, um, i, i hope and pray that the palestinians and the international community, palestinian leadership, especially, which has been very silent, amazingly silent in ramala, about these things, i wish they wake up, i wish the saudi regime will wake up, i wish the emirati and the. Bahraini regime will wake up, um, but if they dont, again, you know, history marches on and history will leave, such thugs and such despots in the dustpin of history, thats weve seen that in history in the past, and i hope, i pray that that people wake up. This retaliatory strike by Palestinian Resistance against the occuping regime um palestinian scientists and author theyre joining us from bethlehem and earlier we had julia cossum and we didnt get a chance to say goodbye but julia if you can hear us uh thanks for joining us in this extent conversation julia cossum journalist and political analyst joining us out of beirout and were going to swing back now to press Tv Correspondent and uh in a gaza city ashhraf shannon hey there ashraf thanks for hanging out with us for the last few hours to get us such critical information um on this developing story, what have you learned since we last spoke . Well, danny, the situation continues to be extremely tense in the gaz strip as the israeli uh response to the uh to the barrage of rockets uh since the early hours of this morning has been uh limited somehow and this while the israeli Prime Minister bejam netanyahu announced that the Israeli Regime is in a state of war and has called and his uh military commanders to call in uh the the army uh reserves all over the Israeli Regime, so the Israeli Regime is preparing for a big battle against the Palestinian Resistance fighters who uh to manag to fire thousands of rockets uh so far and also infiltrated israeli settlements east of of the ghaza strip and according to the uh israeli uh media that uh hamas fighters managed to occupy to occupy seven uh towns and and settlements east of gaza, but i would say uh hamas fighters and the resistance fighters managed to liberate those areas from israeli occupation. Lets not forget that these areas east of gaza or occupied Palestinian Land that was uh stolen from from palestinians. Back in 1948 uh during nakba or the palestinian catastrophe. Israelis have also announced the uh that resistance fighters have captured dozens of of israeli uh soldiers and settlers and also uh have killed uh at least seven and injured the scores of of israelis during the uh barage of rockets that were fired. Uh earlier today uh, the Israeli Regime as weve reported earlier, attacked a hospital in northern gaza called the indonesian hospital in northern gaza, completely destroyed its oxygen Production Facility and killed one of the of the hospital employees and injured several others, they also attacked several locations and the gas a strip including a home and hamas security installations, theyve also. So killed one palestinian journalist Muhammad Salhi who was covering the uh the the clashes east of barage refugee camp earlier uh earlier today so muhammad is the first palestinian journalist to be killed today. He is one one of of of dozens of palestinians been killed by Israeli Forces uh over the last uh 20 years uh. The resistance fighters, may hamas, in addition to Islamic Jihad and other palesty resistance groups continue to fire rockets towards the Israeli Regime, as far as bersheva and tel aviv, the Israeli Regime has been put on on high, on high alert and called on most of israeli israels to to uh be near shelters or enter the shelters if they are close. Uh to uh the gaza strip, some uh israeli uh Media Outlets are saying that Palestinian Resistance fighters have managed to uh infiltrate at least 14 uh towns or kibutsim or settlements east uh of of the ghaza strip hamas military wing qassam brigades and now that has taken full control the karam shalom. Uh Israeli Military post in addition to other military posts and theyve managed to uh attack and infiltrate the areas checkpoint in northern ghaza uh the hamamas has called this operation operation flood or aqsa deluge uh tofan aqsa uh as the main reason for the for this for their actions today was the ongoing desecration uh and attacks against alaqsa mask in al occupied al quds by israel Regime Forces and extremist jewish settlers especially during jewish holidays and today is the last uh day of the uh the socalled jewish holiday which lasted for six days and this is six days of almost nonstop desecration of ofsa mask, the resistance fighters have also uh managed to to bring in israeli sold. And policemen, they captured them from police stations and from military posts east of of the gaza strip, as i said before, the israel regime is still in shock, and according to uh some uh Media Outlets, theyre calling today, the the biggest day of shame for the Israeli Regime, because uh, no one expected what happened today, no one expected that. That uh people from gaza, resistance fighters from gaza, who have no advanced weapon, no advanced military training, managed to uh capture israeli towns, managed to capture dozens of israelis, while there has been hardly any resistance by by the Israeli Regime forces, right right now, weve learned that there are uh attempts by Israeli Forces by using helicopter gunships to to try and and attrack Palestinian Resistance fighters who are currently uh roaming around roaming the streets of of israeli towns east of the ghaza strip ghaza strip is a 360 square kilometer blockaded area it has been under israeli blockade since 2007. And has been through four major wars and multiple military aggressions, but so far, more than two million happens remain stead fast and many here, you talked to anybody in gaza, they will tell you theyre so proud of of the historic achievement that happened today, this is the biggest slap in the face, you can give to the Israeli Regime, what what has happened today with the with the with the barrage of rockets and the especially the infiltration of of those settlements east of of gaza and the and as resistance fighter call it the the liberation of of these towns who were occupied by Israeli Forces back in 1948. Where resistance fighters use guns, rockets or bombs, this is a part of their legitimate right to fight in order to liberate. Their land, their land was userped and stolen and and taken away by by israeli and zianist settlers back in 1948 and now palestinians want to claim it back. Lets not forget that out of the more than two Million People live in gaza, nearly 1. 3 million are Palestinian Refugees or descendants of Palestinian Refugees who want to go back to their homes, they want to go back to the historic land of palestine. Ashraf your stud, thank you for that elaborate update there um with respect to everything thats happened as of 6 30 am uh gauzen time to right now you summed it up very well there in that up 10 minute update i want to thank you for that um joining us as stand by for us if you gaza id like to uh introduce a fra hus journalists and author and activist joining us out of belfast uh we see breaking news on your screen, there are multiple uh, practically all uh resistance factions have come out and said that they are in solidarity and unity and collaborating and cooperating with hamas and the al goods brigades and whats taking place today have implored everyone whether its a resistance fighter or lone wolf uh person to carry out um any take up arms and fight the occupying regime um todays uh operation has been dubbed the alaxa flood thousands of rockets uh started uh being uh launched toward israeli cities and towns as of 6 30 am from the besieg gaza strip in response to what Palestinian Resistance factions have said is ongoing israeli atrocities against palestinians from your your thoughts on the scale on the scale and magnitude of this operation today by Palestinian Resistance factions against the uh Israeli Regime and how off guard it has caught the regime. Difficult to describe when youre you know two, three, 4,000 miles happening on the ground, but i give my unconditional support for what thats worth to the resistance, because these are the only people in the world who are fighting uh against this terrible, atrocious, racist, aparttite, xenophobic uh regime, there must be some uh response, surely people around the world can understand that as the continuing naka every day in both the uh occupied territories on the west bank and in gaza is in is in full violation of uh un resolutions, its immoral, its uh, its its a cause that the world should unite behind the right of palestinians to defend themselves against illegal occupation. We are witnessing this shoot to kill policy and the occupied territories every day where men and women and teenagers are shot, murdered, killed and meemed and allowed to bleed out by the apartite oppressive regime that exists through. The illegal occupation of the west bank, we see children being uh, Young Children as young as 12 being arrested in night raids in villages like berlin, the other night, uh, i think no one should be surprised at the strength and the resolve of the Palestinian Resistance. Okay, stay with me viewers, youre looking. Live images there coming out of gaza city and of course were in the middle of major operation by Palestinian Resistance. Im thinking uh my uh danny uh arya who uh has been covering this since uh news broke out a marcy hashimi uh taking over from here viewers if youre just joining us youre looking at these live images uh partially live images also other images that have taken place earlier today of course uh the middle screen, youre looking at those images there, that was actually a tank that had been confiscated, had been taken by resistance fighters uh in gaza, and lots of things have been happening uh already this morning uh, of course from uh, as uh we have been told from about 4 30 gmt from what i understand, that this operation started to take place, and what we have so far, are at least dozens of uh israelis that uh have been captured by Resistance Forces and taken back into ghaza at least five 5000 rockets that have been launched from the gaza strip, Resistance Forces are united with this operation, this was started by hamas, Resistance Forces uh in retaliation for the brutality that has been continually taking place. By Regime Forces against the palestinians and now youre looking at these live images there coming out of tokamuram as palestinians are taking to the street in celebration of this operation at least so what we see at the bottom your screen uh israeli media is saying at least 300 israelis have been hospitalized 40 of them in Critical Condition this has been a surprise attack multip attack and as you can see the palestinians are on the street celebrating. This of course all comes after the most, one the more deadly years for palestinians uh that we have been seeing almost a daily basis, at least one individual, one palestinian whats being killed and sometimes more. Uh, of course we saw brutal attacks uh on various palestinian areas throughout this year, and now were looking. At were in the middle of this operation where the palestinians say they are taking retaliation for the blood loss by palestinians and also for the incursions that we have seen continuously with the maschar alaqsa mosk. Again, youre looking at these live images there out of tokram as palestinians taking to the streets and celebrations in their cars walking, waving their hands and hoping that this is a breaking point that the. The regime and its repressive measures uh will be subsiding. Again, live images there out of turkham as the palestinians are celebrating what is going on. Um, we have had of course uh various situations take place uh, during this day already, as i said earlier, uh, several of the uh settlements near gaz. Have been taken over by the Palestinian Resistance now this is actually even being reported by uh israeli uh media uh there was a uh and now of course uh the multiprong attack totally surprised the regime in tel aviv now the hamas chief as you said this operation alloxa flood uh they wanted to flood all areas basically spread through. Throughout palestine, occupied palestinian territories, and as youre seeing there, the hamas chief is said that this uh has started in gaza, but should spread everywhere and and uh very various situations that are taking place in ashkalan, there was a large fire that had broken out, um, we saw settlers uh running uh, after missiles have uh been shot towards them, again youre looking at now on the left side of your screen, live images coming out of gaza again where we can see some explosions that have. Taking place, of course, what ash shanan had said earlier, that the israeli planes he kept hearing them circling, and uh, were waiting for the situation, exactly whats going to happen, we know that this is a uh, major breakthrough for the palestinians and and of course we have seen more and more solidarity with the Palestinian Resistance, and obviously this was well coordinated and well planned. Again left side of your screen out of gaza right now and also out of torcom on the right side of your scream as the uh as palestinians take to the streets and celebrate and and of course the reality is that this has been a very very difficult year for palestinians throughout the occupied Territories West Bank uh and of course as always gaza uh but especially we have seen is several operations, we saw brutal operations just months ago against jenene, the refugee camp, um, and has been continual uh, continual attacks on the palestinians throughout this year, one of the most deadly years uh for palestinian fatalities, and the resistance continued to give statement after statement and saying that they would not tolerate um this continued oppression against the people. Nor would they tolerate these incursions uh against the alaxa mosk and today we are looking at response from the Palestinian Resistance as youre looking there now a live images coming out of gaza city as uh ismail han the head of hamas has said now that this operation will spread all over amongst the palestinians and we heard others uh from uh other Palestinian Resistance groups giving a call for all palestinians to arm themselves and to defend the land and their sovereignty. What we do know um uh that so far this year we know that at least 256 palestinians uh have uh been killed. We have seen uh many many incursions, lots of violence against palestinians throughout this year and now.
