Now, thats no longer the case, so people trust the dollar more or less on faith that the american economy. Is going to continue growing, etc. Etc. As shakespeare noted, theres something rotten in the state of denmark, in this case, something rot in the state of the empire, and we have problems, domestic problems in the United States, we have international problems, we are meddling in the affairs of all other states, so our credibility has declined, and of course our moral authority is like zero, so people have reason to put doubts on the dollar and dont necessarily want to put their investments in treasury bonds, and we will see interesting, you know, with we have a as you probably know of 31 trillion dollars, i repeat trillion, 31 trillion dollars and when is the bubble going to explode and what . Would happen if china overnight were to throw uh its more than trillion dollar uh Us Government bonds into the market. I mean that would be uh quite a monkey range.
