The blue uh theyve been talking about it for some time now and the United States committed uh earlier this year to provide m1 tanks and at that time uh the ukrainians did send uh number of troops uh approximately 200 to graffer germany where they were uh trained on these tanks the problem wasnt just training the problem is that we arent going to give the ukrainians uh the tanks that have the specialized uranium and infused armor uh so we had to rebuild the tanks and this is what the uh the the the the length of the time uh for for turning them over to the ukrainians are these tanks have been rebuilt and they are now being provided to the ukrainians and there are ukrainian crews uh that can use these tanks lets just keep in mind theres theres only 31 of these tanks um this these arent good tanks lets just be straight up theyre not good tanks theyre not survivable on the modern battlefield and theres just a limited number of them this will have zero impact on the uh on the fighting and what did you say about the depleted uranium munition sir .
