Cider pioneer Eleanor Léger on growing a business with intention
Eleanor Ledger, founder of Eden Ciders, left her management consulting job in 2006 and bought an abandoned dairy farm in West Charleston, now home of her orchard. Over the past decade, Eden Ciders has expanded their product line to include bottled sparkling, rose, and special cellar series ciders, and recently launched a new line of canned ciders.
