President sacks low birthrate committee vice chair, who is top contender for new PPP leader

Na Kyung-won, former vice chairperson of the Presidential Committee on Aging Society and Population Policy, is at a crossroads in her bid for the chairpersonship of the ruling People Power Party (PPP) after President Yoon Suk Yeol removed her from two ministerial positions.
