Prescott senior facility evacuated after damage from frozen pipes

A frozen water line caused serious structural damage to the Ativo Senior Living of Prescott Valley on Friday, forcing the evacuation of 74 people.It resulted in the collapse of drywall on the third floor and damage to the facility’s three floors.
