Premier unveils plaque for victims of political persecution

Taipei, Feb. 18 (CNA) Premier Chen Chien-jen (陳建仁) on Saturday unveiled a plaque for a foundation established to provide restitution to the victims of political persecution during Taiwan's authoritarian era and their families.
