The Premier League announced in December that all games in January would be broadcast live on television. This latest announcement extends that arrangement for another month.
The current arrangements follow the disastrous pay-per-view scheme, which was introduced in October, when fans were asked to pay £14.95 for games not selected for TV.
But after significant protests among fan groups, politicians and people within the game, the scheme was scrapped in November, with matches reverting to existing broadcast services.
Richard Masters, chief executive of the Premier League, will announce fixtures later today
In addition, the Premier League has now formally agreed to trial concussion substitutes, which could be used as early as next week.
