Randy Vincent Kraemer, 22, of the 300 block of North Evans Street, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court to 4 to 8 years in a state correctional facility after he pleaded guilty to a felony charge of rape by forcible compulsion in connection with an August 2023 incident at his residence.
