Potsdam police cite several motorists for driving infractions

POTSDAM — Potsdam police said they charged several motorists with driving infractions over the last few days. Those charged include:
• Jeffrey J. Collins, 56, S. Colton, was cited Friday for speed in zone on Sandstone Drive at 9:46 a.m. after being observed driving 53 mph in a 30 mph zone, officers said.
• Jodie D. Sabad, 63, Norwood, was cited Friday for operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs and failure to keep right on Market Street at 11:08 p.m., officers said.
• Zackary D. Dumers, 19, Brasher Falls, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign Friday at 11:52 a.m. at the intersection of Market and Garden streets, police said.
