Potsdam artist seeks design suggestions for middle school murals

POTSDAM — Local artist Sara Lynch is seeking design suggestions for small-scale murals for Potsdam’s AAK Middle School seventh grade science classroom.
Lynch and science teacher Rebecca Munn are looking to create a multidisciplinary experience that demonstrates how middle school science can be exciting and even beautiful. They want to hear from people of all ages about what they think would add fun artistic details to their community’s school.
The murals can be small and incorporate fixtures of the classroom like the sinks, outlets, and desks as well as on more open walls space and around the door.
