Potential Tropical Cyclone Five turns into tropical depression in Atlantic

UPDATE: The potential cyclone was a tropical depression as of 11 p.m. Wednesday. The system is still expected to become a tropical storm Thursday.
ORIGINAL STORY: Another potential cyclone has formed in the Atlantic. Potential Tropical Cyclone Five is expected to become Tropical Storm Elsa Thursday.
The current track has the storm heading to parts of Windward and Leeward Islands, but it is unclear where it will go next week. The National Hurricane Center said Wednesday the storm will bring heavy rainfall to Windward and Leeward Islands, but will move quickly.
