Portsmouth officer testifies he shot burglary suspect after the man pointed a gun at him

Officer Jeremy Durocher testified Wednesday during the third day of his trial in Portsmouth Circuit Court. The officer is accused of unlawfully shooting a fleeing burglary suspect. The case is expected to go to the jury Thursday.
