Porter Davis collapse: Customers of Victorian home builder Hallbury Homes plead for a rescue package to recover their deposits

The premier has announced a $15m rescue package for insured customers caught in the Porter Davis collapse. But for those left thousands of dollars out of pocket from the demise of Hallbury Homes, there is nothing.
