A Portable Liquid Nitrogen Plant (LNP) implemented by the Nagaland Livestock Development Board (NLDB) under Rastriya Gokul Mission was inaugurated at Veterinary Hospital Complex, Yimyu Ward, Mokokchung by commissioner and secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services (DoAH&VS), Vikeyie Kenya on Wednesday.
