PALM SPRINGS – A 28-year-old Port St. Lucie man died early New Year’s Day in a hit-and-run crash near Palm Springs, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said.
Paramedics pronounced Robin Antonio Hurtado Gonzales dead at the scene, Military Trail’s northbound lanes near Purdy Lane, just east of the village limits.
Evidence found at the scene suggests the vehicle that struck him may be a late model Ford F-150, possibly from the years 2016 to 2018, PBSO said.
