Port board OKs final piece of financing for Innovation Square apartments in Fairfax

Fairfax Renaissance Development Corp. and McCormack Baron Salazar aim to break ground in January for the 82-unit, mixed-income apartment building, just south of the Cleveland Clinic's main campus.
