“Hoffman-Madison Waterfront (HMW), the developers of The Wharf, today announced that The Atlantic will move its D.C. headquarters to The Wharf’s highly anticipated second phase.
The Atlantic will occupy the top two floors of office space within 610 Water Street. The 90,000 SF office building is designed by awarding-winning Morris Adjmi Architects.
“610 Water Street and The Wharf will offer an exceptional future home for The Atlantic over the long-term,” said Aretae Ortiz Wyler, chief operating officer of The Atlantic. “We’re excited by the walkability of the surrounding area, the gorgeous water views and greenspace, and the accessibility of the location.”
