Polson man denies assaulting officer

A Polson man is accused of elbowing a law enforcement officer in the forehead during the man’s arrest. Thatcher Thomas Mullan, 21, entered a plea of not-guilty in Polson District Court March 20 to felony assault on a peace officer.
