Polished Diamond: The maximum price fall has happened in diamonds sized between .25 carat to 3 carats, said Kirit Bhansali, vice-chairman, of the Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC). This is giving a chance to Indian consumers to own bigger size diamonds, which otherwise would have been out of their reach.
