Police say the incident occurred in the Hawarden area and bemoaned the resources it took up.
It comes amid a wider warning to local parents to keep tabs on their children's whereabouts.
While police accept that the "horrible circumstances" we are in mean the line between the lockdown and everyones mental health is "so very fine", they won't tolerate anti-social behaviour.
A spokesperson for North Wales Police's North Flintshire team said: "In Garden City / Queensferry area over the last week, there have been groups of children out clearly just to cause trouble.
"We don't accept them being out for their well-being as an excuse to go and cause problems for everyone who is abiding by the rules.
