Police to close portion of Foothill Road Thursday for 'Every 15 Minutes' program

A section of Foothill Road will be closed tomorrow (March 24) from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for the "Every 15 Minutes" educational program organized by the Pleasanton Police Department.
